Can’t make it to Escolta to pick up your finished pottery? No worries—we’ll ship it straight to your doorstep once it’s ready!
Once your ceramic pieces have completed the drying, firing, and glazing process, we’ll notify you that they’re ready for dispatch. You’ll also receive tracking information from our partner courier so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
What’s included:
- Secure packing using protective wrapping and cushioning materials
- Flat-rate shipping within Metro Manila (Php 200) nearby provinces, and Visayas & Mindanao (Php 250)
- Tracking details once your parcel has been shipped

Ceramics are fragile by nature. While we take great care to pack every order as securely as possible, we cannot always guarantee that your pieces will arrive without damage, as the handling of parcels is beyond our control once they have been turned over to the courier.
By purchasing this shipping add-on, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in shipping ceramic items. Lemon Lab will not be held liable for damage that occurs during transit.
If you’d prefer to avoid this risk, you’re always welcome to collect your pieces from our studio during our designated pickup hours.
