EVENT REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All event bookings are final and non-refundable.
Our special and one-time events have limited capacity. Each confirmed booking reserves a slot specifically for the participant and may prevent another customer from booking that slot.
Once a booking has been confirmed and paid, we do not provide refunds for participant-initiated cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
This includes cancellations due to:
- Change of plans or scheduling conflicts
- Illness or personal emergencies
- Transportation, traffic, weather, or travel issues
- Late arrival or inability to participate
- Failure to attend the event
- Requests made after the event has already taken place
ONE-TIME & SPECIAL EVENTS
Bookings for one-time events, guest workshops, collaborations, pop-ups, and other limited-run activities are valid only for the specific event and date booked.
These events may not have a second run or replacement schedule. If a participant is unable to attend, the booking cannot be moved to a future event, converted into studio credit, or refunded.
TRANSFERS
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, bookings may be transferred to another person if the original participant can no longer attend.
The participant is responsible for finding their replacement and informing us of the change before the event. We are not responsible for finding another participant to take your slot.
LATE ARRIVALS
Participants are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may have reduced participation time or may be unable to join certain portions of the activity.
Being late or missing part of the event does not qualify the booking for a full or partial refund.
EVENT CHANGES
Event details such as facilitators, materials, activities, program flow, or other minor arrangements may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.
Reasonable changes that do not result in the cancellation of the event do not automatically entitle participants to a refund, subject to applicable law.
CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER
If the event is cancelled by the organizer and no alternative arrangement is offered and accepted, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the event booking.
Refunds apply only to the event fee. The organizer is not responsible for participants’ transportation, accommodation, parking, or other personal expenses associated with attending the event.
FORCE MAJEURE & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If an event cannot proceed as scheduled because of circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control—including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, building closures, power interruptions, or similar events—the organizer may postpone or reschedule the event where reasonably possible.
Any refund or alternative arrangement in these circumstances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the event.
AGREEMENT TO POLICY
By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Event Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing your slot.
